Also, in my humble opinion: PLDT should be regulated and handled by the government, National Telecommunications Commission, instead of privately owned by Manny Pangilinan. Instead of good quality service of phone and internet connections, it became worse when privately owned.

I used to work in a call center, PLDT owned. and let me tell you this from my previous working experience: when a client or an IRATE client has a bad service (like no phone and no internet and the technician didn't fix everything for days!) and started calling for a manager or a supervisor, PLDT programmed their agents to "lie" (that's right, you read it correctly!) that their manager or supervisor is "engaged" on call (but the truth is, they're NOT most of the time). that's why many of the call center agents of PLDT get so much stress from these kinds of supervisor and manager calls because supervisors and managers are very UNWILLING to take accountability for the poor service happened on the customer or client. I was so glad I left that PLDT call center via AWOL and I DID NOT regret it!! lol!

I went to PLDT and their Kiosk evidently wasn't working and the CS took my 500pesos bill and only credited my account with 300pesos when I only owed 258pesos. She promised me the balnce would show up, the 252pesos on my next bill because her excuse was she had no change. 2 weeks later, when my bill came, there was no balnce credited. And when I went back to PLDT office the CS claimed they don't accept cash at her desk and I must be lying. So she immediately stole 252 pesos from me at the time I gave her my 500pesos bill! Such theives!

difference ng maya sa gcash... dahil may bank si maya pag naverified ka, pwede hanggang 500K max sa savings while gcash only 100Kmax, mabilis ang pag open ng apps ni maya kaysa kay gcash..at dahil apart yung bank sa gcash matagal magloading yung savings account . madaming scam issue si gcash while maya wala pa ko nabalitaan so far...yun lang nagpakumbinsi saken na mas lamang si maya kesa kay gcash..
